Ingredients
garlic - x 2 clovesanchovies x 50g
pitted black olives - 175g
1 fresh red chilli without seeds or some chlli flakes
capers x 1 dessertpoon
chopped tomatoes x 1 can
tomato puree 1 tspn
chopped basil x 1 dessert spoon
good splash of olive oil
salt and pepper
spagetti x 110g per person
Method
Add the garlic, basil and chilli to saucepan with oil in it. Cook these for 1 -2 mins but dont burn the garlic. Next add all the other ingredients and season.Simmer this for 40 minutes without the lid on.
Finally add this lovely sauce to your spagetti which is cooked for about 10 mins in simmering water.
Serve with parmesan
